Refund Policy (placeholder)

Subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of your FIRST subscription purchase, no questions asked. Renewals and later periods are refundable only where required by law; cancel anytime to stop renewal.
Research credits: refundable until the moment generation starts. Once a generation run begins, the credit is consumed and non-refundable (real compute costs are incurred immediately). If a generation FAILS and produces no report, the credit is automatically restored.
Annual plans: within the first 7 days, full refund. After that, refunds are prorated to unused full months, minus the monthly-rate value of months used, where we choose to grant them.
